Student Awards Questionnaire

To all Civil Engineering students,

One of the pleasant duties that we as a department have at the end of the academic year is to nominate individuals for certain awards offered by the Institute and the School of Construction and the Environment. All faculty members get together and discuss the students, but we'd like you to have your say as well. You may be familiar with one of your peers that is deserving of recognition for things that we may know nothing about.

Please take a minute to fill in the attached questionnaire and then return it to any of Chris Niwinski, Rishi Gupta, or me, Paul Thurston. If you wish to remain anonymous, it's perfectly acceptable to print the attached form and put it into my hallway drop box. We'd appreciate your input before Tuesday June 1st 2010.
